Order Questions

If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number in the form below. You can find it in your order confirmation e-mail or under Orders in your account. Having the number up front lets us answer you in one reply instead of three.

Local Delivery

We deliver across the Los Angeles area. Local delivery orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific are delivered the same day; orders after that go out the next day. When your driver is on the way you will receive a text message with a live tracking link, so please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Most questions are answered on our Shipping & Returns page, including where we ship, delivery timeframes, and what can and cannot be returned. Lab reports for every batch are published on our Lab Results page.
