This Privacy Policy explains how FLVR Club (“FLVR Club,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit flvrclub.la, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Company’s Services in person or via the Internet, including the FLVR Club website, you agree to be bound by the Company’s Terms of Use, which are expressly incorporated into this Policy by this reference.
You Must Be 21 or Older
The Services are intended solely for persons who are 21 years of age or older. Any use of the Services by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete that information promptly. Payment information. Payment card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor. FLVR Club does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
Internet and device activity. Browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and time spent on the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications. Messages you send us through contact forms, e-mail, or customer support, and your marketing preferences.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to process and fulfill your orders; verify that you are 21 or older; confirm that we are permitted to ship to your state; calculate shipping and applicable taxes; communicate with you about orders, shipments, and support requests; prevent fraud and secure the Services; comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including recordkeeping required of hemp retailers; and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to service providers who perform functions on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of that information. These include payment processors; shipping and fulfillment carriers; e-mail and marketing-automation providers, including Klaviyo, which we use to send order notifications and, where you have opted in, marketing e-mail and SMS; website hosting, content-delivery, and security providers; and analytics providers.
We may also disclose personal information when required by law, subpoena, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of FLVR Club, our customers, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be among the assets transferred.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
FLVR Club does not sell your personal information for money. If we enable advertising or analytics technologies that disclose identifiers or browsing activity to advertising partners, that activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out at any time using the contact details below or by using your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep items in your cart, remember your age verification, keep you signed in, secure the Services, and understand how the Services are used. We currently use site analytics and security tooling provided by our hosting and content-delivery partners, and Klaviyo’s onsite tracking, which associates browsing and cart activity with your e-mail address once you have identified yourself to us — for example by subscribing, creating an account, or placing an order. This allows us to send reminders about items left in your cart and product recommendations. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the Services, including checkout, may not function properly without them.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the periods required by tax, accounting, and hemp-industry recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of traffic to and from the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services may contain links to websites we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy is published on the Company’s website at https://flvrclub.la/. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Changes become effective on the date they are posted to the Services, and we will revise the “last updated” date above when we post changes. You should review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after we post modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to be bound by, the modified Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
This Privacy Policy does not extend to anything inherent in the operation of the Internet, which is beyond our control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Services and does not apply to information we may collect from you in any place other than the Services.
